The total number of deaths from the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide has increased to 4,370,422 with the global confirmed cases reaching 207,795,033 as of 9:00 am BJT on Tuesday, according to a tally by Johns Hopkins University.

Brazil registered 434 more COVID-19 deaths in the past 24 hours, raising its national death toll to 569,492, the health ministry said on Monday.
Turkey on Monday reported 18,163 new COVID-19 cases, raising its tally of infections to 6,096,816, according to its health ministry.
Israel's Ministry of Health reported 9,379 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, bringing the tally of infections in the country to 948,058.
Chile reported on Monday 754 new COVID-19 infections and 40 more deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the tally to 1,629,932 cases and 36,420 deaths.
Cuba registered on Monday 9,169 new COVID-19 infections and 65 more deaths in the last day, for an accumulated total of 526,837 cases and 4,088 deaths.
The Philippines' Department of Health (DOH) reported 14,610 new COVID-19 infections on Monday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the Southeast Asian country to 1,755,846.
