Globally, as of 6:30 pm BJT on Sunday, there have been 104,956,439 confirmed cases of coronavirus, including 2,290,488 deaths, reported the World Health Organization.

The outbreak has now claimed 468,315 lives in the US, the most of any country, with a total of 27,346,703 infections, according to a tally by the 1Point3Acres virus tracker as of 6:30 pm BJT on Sunday.

India has confirmed a total of 10,826,363 COVID-19 cases, raising the number of deaths to 154,996.

Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brazil have increased to 9,447,165 with 230,034 deaths, Johns Hopkins reported.

The UK has reported 3,941,273 COVID-19 cases and 112,305 deaths from the virus so far.

Russia has recorded 3,923,461 confirmed cases and 75,430 deaths.

France has confirmed 3,376,266 cases of COVID-19, with the number of deaths at 78,940.

A total of 2,941,990 people in Spain have tested positive for COVID-19, with the death toll at 61,386.

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 91,003 lives in Italy, bringing the total number of infections to 2,625,098.

It is followed by Turkey with 26,685 deaths from 2,524,786 infections.

Germany's confirmed cases have increased to 2,290,796, with the number of deaths at 61,553, according to the JHU virus tracker.
