Globally, as of 10:30 am BJT on Tuesday, there have been 90,839,382 confirmed cases of coronavirus, including 1,943,024 deaths, reported the World Health Organization.

The outbreak has now claimed 380,642 lives in the US, the most of any country, with a total of 22,890,697 infections, according to a tally by the 1Point3Acres virus tracker as of 10:30 am BJT on Tuesday.

India has confirmed a total of 10,466,595 COVID-19 cases, raising the number of deaths to 151,160.

Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brazil have increased to 8,131,612 with 203,580 deaths, Johns Hopkins reported.

Russia has recorded 3,389,733 confirmed cases and 61,389 deaths.

The UK has reported 3,127,639 COVID-19 cases and 82,096 deaths from the virus so far.

France has confirmed 2,844,680 cases of COVID-19, with the number of deaths at 68,197.

It is followed by Turkey with 22,981 deaths from 2,336,476 infections.

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 79,203 lives in Italy, bringing the total number of infections to 2,289,021.

A total of 2,111,782 people in Spain have tested positive for COVID-19, with the death toll at 52,275.

Germany's confirmed cases have increased to 1,941,116, with the number of deaths at 41,266, according to the JHU virus tracker.
