The total number of deaths from the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide has increased to 2,204,142 with the global confirmed cases reaching 102,002,130 as of 10:00 am BJT on Saturday, according to a tally by Johns Hopkins University.

The outbreak has now claimed 436,257 lives in the US, the most of any country, with a total of 25,907,343 infections, according to a tally by Johns Hopkins University as of 10:00 am BJT on Saturday.
India has confirmed a total of 10,720,048 COVID-19 cases, raising the number of deaths to 154,010.
Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brazil have increased to 9,118,513 with 222,666 deaths, Johns Hopkins reported.
The UK's confirmed cases have increased to 3,783,593, with the number of deaths at 104,572, according to the JHU virus tracker.
Russia has confirmed 3,771,514 cases of COVID-19, with the number of deaths at 71,054.
France has recorded 3,212,640 confirmed cases and 75,765 deaths.
The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 58,319 lives in Spain, bringing the total number of infections to 2,743,119.
A total of 2,529,070 people in Italy have tested positive for COVID-19, with the death toll at 87,858.
It is followed by Turkey with 25,736 deaths from 2,464,030 infections.
Germany has reported 2,207,393 COVID-19 cases and 56,286 deaths from the virus so far.
