Globally, as of 6:30 pm BJT on Saturday, there have been 101,053,721 confirmed cases of coronavirus, including 2,182,867 deaths, reported the World Health Organization.

The outbreak has now claimed 443,025 lives in the US, the most of any country, with a total of 26,327,090 infections, according to a tally by the 1Point3Acres virus tracker as of 6:30 pm BJT on Saturday.

India has confirmed a total of 10,733,130 COVID-19 cases, raising the number of deaths to 154,147.

Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brazil have increased to 9,118,513 with 222,666 deaths, Johns Hopkins reported.

Russia has recorded 3,790,265 confirmed cases and 71,556 deaths.

The UK has reported 3,783,593 COVID-19 cases and 104,572 deaths from the virus so far.

France has confirmed 3,212,640 cases of COVID-19, with the number of deaths at 75,765.

A total of 2,743,119 people in Spain have tested positive for COVID-19, with the death toll at 58,319.

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 87,858 lives in Italy, bringing the total number of infections to 2,529,070.

It is followed by Turkey with 25,736 deaths from 2,464,030 infections.

Germany's confirmed cases have increased to 2,207,781, with the number of deaths at 56,718, according to the JHU virus tracker.
