The total number of deaths from the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide has increased to 3,830,127 with the global confirmed cases reaching 176,955,832 as of 10:30 am BJT on Thursday, according to a tally by Johns Hopkins University.

The outbreak has now claimed 600,648 lives in the US, the most of any country, with a total of 33,498,145 infections.
India has confirmed a total of 29,633,105 COVID-19 cases, raising the number of deaths to 379,573.
Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brazil have increased to 17,628,588 with 493,693 deaths, Johns Hopkins reported.
France has recorded 5,809,314 confirmed cases and 110,740 deaths.
Turkey has confirmed 5,348,249 cases of COVID-19, with the number of deaths at 48,950.
The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 125,443 lives in Russia, bringing the total number of infections to 5,189,260.
The UK's confirmed cases have increased to 4,605,805, with the number of deaths at 128,190, according to the JHU virus tracker.
A total of 4,248,432 people in Italy have tested positive for COVID-19, with the death toll at 127,153.
Argentina has reported 4,198,620 COVID-19 cases and 87,261 deaths from the virus so far.
It is followed by Colombia with 97,560 deaths from 3,829,879 infections.
