Two Chinese nationals who were kidnapped in Osun, southwest Nigeria, were rescued and returned safely on Wednesday morning local time, according to the Chinese Consulate General in Lagos. 
The duo was abducted by gunmen on Monday, according to local media reports. They were rescued with the help of local villagers and police.
