Prime Minister Boris Johnson vowed on Tuesday to deliver an "infrastructure revolution" that could help Britain build its way out of the economic devastation of its coronavirus lockdown.
"This is a programme for jobs, jobs, jobs because it's by building, building, building... that we will get the jobs this nation needs," Johnson said in a keynote speech, pledging an "infrastructure revolution that will allow us to end (the) chronic failure of the British state" to build enough homes.
