NEW YORK, May 22 (Xinhua) -- The number of COVID-19 deaths in the United States topped 95,000 on Friday, reaching 95,052 as of 12:04 p.m. (1604 GMT), according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University.
