Stephen Biegun, US special representative for Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) affairs, will visit Beijing on Thursday and Friday, the US State Department said on Tuesday, after China and Russia jointly put forward a draft resolution on the political settlement of the Korean Peninsula issue to the United Nations Security Council.
