The US has issued new sanctions related to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), according to a statement by the US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

The sanctions target one Russian individual and three companies, including Moscow-based commercial bank Agrosoyuz, a Chinese trade company, and a Pyongyang-based firm.
