WASHINGTON, April 24 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Navy on Friday recommended the reinstatement of Captain Brett Crozier's command of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt hit by the coronavirus outbreak, multiple media outlets reported.
