US President Donald Trump touched down in Canada on Friday, for a summit with G7 allies that was beset with disagreements and a Twitter spat before it even began.

Air Force One arrived at a military base in Bagotsville, Quebec, where Trump was greeted by Royal Canadian Mounted Police and a phalanx of dignitaries.
