The upcoming China International Import Expo (CIIE), scheduled from Nov. 5 to Nov. 10 in Shanghai, excites people at home and abroad. The expectation for CIIE is high among foreigners. They say they’re amazed by the progress China had achieved over the past decades and look to the CIIE as a fresh opportunity to boost connections with China. 

 "China itself is a big opportunity," said Edoardo. He believes that it is right for China to follow the path of reform and opening-up. He hopes that China can help the economy of Italy, his home country, to grow again through economic exchanges and cooperation.
