Hanoi (People's Daily)-Vietnam's national theater performed Saturday in Hanoi a stage adaptation of the classic Chinese novel, "A Dream of Red Mansions." 

The stage adaptation showcases the charm of ancient Chinese literary works through an elaborate stage design. 

Reports say this stage adaptation of "Red Mansions" is one of two plays to mark the 65th anniversary of Vietnam's national theater. The performance  combines opera, drama and exquisite choreography.
