<p>China empathizes with other countries currently facing the COVID-19 outbreak and has voluntarily offered help to those in need, said Luo Zhaohui, vice minister of China's Foreign Ministry, at a press conference on Thursday. </p><p>Till now, China has offered emergency assistance to 83 countries and international organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the African Union, by providing medical supplies like test kits and masks, Luo added.</p><p><img src="https://imedia-peoplesdaily.pdnews.cn/20200326/ede7832eef3046b08438a0fbda92d7b2.jpg" title="" alt="138916995_15851606791721n.jpg"/></p><p><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127);">Medical materials from China arrive at the Liege airport in Belgium, on March 18, 2020.
