Students at Xinghualing District Foreign Language Primary School put on meter-wide "wings" as they returned to classes on May 18 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province.

The colorful wings in every shape caught many netizens’ eyes: "What cute little angels!"

On the "wings" were written, "because of love, please keep a distance of one meter".

The "wings" were made by the students and their parents using waste materials.

More schools are reopening in China as the COVID-19 epidemic wanes.
