Xi'an launches investment promotion cloud platform

The launch ceremony for the Xi'an investment promotion cloud platform, and some of the city's key investment promotion projects, was held in Qujiang New District in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on May 21.

The Xi'an investment promotion cloud platform is an open and intelligent investment service platform established by the Xi'an municipal bureau of investment cooperation.

It collects and integrates data information from the government, enterprises and all walks of life, then delivers basic functions like investment environment display, policy information release, resource element matching, and project services.

At present, the platform brings together 24 key industrial parks, 77 industrial parks, 269 key investment projects, 90 office buildings, 263 maker spaces, and 57 leading enterprises.

In addition, it has collected more than 2,000 pieces of information related to cultural tourism, hotels, commercial areas, education, medical care, and government services, as well as more than 200 pieces of basic information such as investment and talent support policies.

At the launch ceremony, a total of 269 key investment promotion projects were also released, with an estimated total investment value of 708.13 billion yuan ($99.5 billion).

With a total investment of 11.06 billion yuan, 15 projects were signed at the launching ceremony, involving industries including advanced manufacturing, 5G networks, artificial intelligence, the new economy, modern businesses and high-quality hotels, finance, education and sanitation.
