Minning shows foreign visitors its poverty reduction gains
More than 30 representatives from political parties and think tanks in over 30 countries visited Minning town in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on Wednesday to learn about its poverty reduction work.
Minning town is an example of cooperation between east and west China on poverty reduction.
In 1996 the Chinese government launched a pairing programme linking Fujian Province in the east with Ningxia.
